- As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.
- You will report directly to the President and frequently collaborate with the Vice-President, Director of Operations (DOO), General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Human Resources Manager, and other managers to enhance overall productivity, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), increase efficiencies, set strategic goals, and create best practice Short Interval Programs (SIP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), to increase overall profits and drive growth.
- Review financial models used to support operational decision-making and strategies with President, Vice-President, and CFO.
