- The SCC Contracts, Grants and Utilization Management (UM) Team is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Duties include providing support to the Contracts, Grants and UM staff, maintaining our contracts and grants database, distributing documents electronically, assisting with our accreditation and quality activities and assisting with subcontracts and UM tasks.
- Responsible for administrative support for contracts, subcontracts and grants database management, general assistance with contracts and grants, assistance with subcontract management and assistance with utilization management tasks.
- Maintains database system system for contracts, grants and subcontracts, both electronic and hard copy as needed.
- Maintains database of due dates for contracts, grant and subcontracts, which are electronically distributed to all management receiving contract and grant funds.
