- Due to continued expansion and growth our client seeks a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive (BDE) that will generate New Sales in Group (commercial) Employee Health, Life and Ancillary Benefits, in the Knoxville/Eastern TN area, and beyond.
- This person should have at least 3+ years sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, and knowledge of group health, ancillary and benefits administration products (required).
- Ideal person has an established network in the Knoxville/Eastern TN area, is independent, entrepreneurial, and has proven sales success with a hunter mentality.
- Identifies, prospects, and closes new business via referrals, networking sources, and organic prospect meetings.
- Builds rapport and business relationships quickly and effectively via face to face and phone, social media, blogs, and other thought leadership opportunities.
