- Responsible for maintaining the quality of life for the individuals and ensures that the program adheres to NYS and OPWDD regulations, as well as COMPASS and CQL requirements.
- to ensure all documentation is within compliance with OPWDD regulations.
- Verify that all needed residential habilitation billing documentation is present and accurate prior to submission of such documents to accounting.
- Confers with clinical and nursing staff (Behavioral Specialists, Day Program, OT, PT, SLP, Nutritionist, CSW) through scheduled meetings and frequent phone contact to disseminate and receive resident specific information relating to the delivery of clinical and medical services.
- Confer with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to discuss changes in regulations and problems involving families or issues identified during COMPASS visits; participate in OPWDD activities when necessary.
