- The Assistant Dean directs a two-person college marketing & communication team consisting of a Communication Analyst and Web & Social Media Content Editor.
- Advisory Council communications strategy and execution Collaborate with the Dean, advancement officers, and DCOB Advisory Council (BAC) leadership on developing and executing communications strategies that engage members and support council initiatives Website and social media content strategy Collaborate with college and university stakeholders on strategy development and direct the college's Web & Social Media Editor in executing content strategy for DCOB's website, business.
- Newsletter and blog strategy Serve as editor-in-chief of the business college's semi-annual, web-based alumni newsletter, and chair the Business Exchange editorial board committee.
- Manage the editorial process from conception to delivery; assign, write, and edit stories and arrange photography; collaborate with DePaul's Alumni Relations on distribution.
- Directs a Communication Analyst and Web & Social Media Content Editor.
