- An Associate's degree with at least two years experience in digital design and accessibility compliance with demonstrated knowledge related to ADA and Section 508 requirements in online courses and materials.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organization skills, and excellence in online teaching or accessibility compliance
- Experienced with ADA and Section 508/VPAT accessibility regulations as well as a variety of accessibility checkers within programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe)
