Direct experience with a wide range of deposit-related banking products and services including credit and debit cards, online banking, treasury services, and general deposit processing. Four or more years of bank operations, treasury, and payment experience in a community bank setting.

Establish and manage Treasury processes with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation. CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) strongly preferred. Create and communicate a clear vision within the Treasury organization that includes goals and metrics for driving individual and group development.

Manage day-to-day treasury-related activities (cash, foreign exchange management, bank relations) Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Controller is responsible for providing financial leadership and business support within the operating business.

Collaboration: Work closely with Global Markets Operations functions and stakeholders, including the Front Office, Technology, Finance, Tax, and Treasury. Transaction Reporting: Focus on Transaction Reporting within Regulatory Change, ensuring compliance with various regulations such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of Finance process ( Controllers, Treasury, Capital Management, FP&A, Tax etc.) Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Experience working with online business banking or Treasury Management platforms. Post incoming wires received through various Treasury Management platforms. Must have 3 - 5 years of experience work experience in law firm accounting.

Research and analyze emerging banking and treasury technologies such as robotic process automation (RPAs), treasury management systems, file feeds to and from banks, database tools, and payment systems to integrate across various departments for automating complex calculations and to streamline reporting within Duke’s enterprise resource planning tool, SAP.

In support of the daily processes completed by Corporate Treasury, the primary role of the Treasury Analyst I is to initiate, monitor and research the daily wires and corporate payments requested by various FIS business units and Treasury management.
