Job Description Hope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the financial operations across all of our locations and entities.This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for the full scope of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and team development.What you will do:Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all entities in compliance with GAAP and applicable healthcare regulationsManage all day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledgerLead annual budget development, financial forecasting, and variance analysis for executive leadershipDirect cash flow management, banking activity, and investment oversightPartner with the CFO to design and implement financial strategies across a growing organizationRecruit, develop, and lead the accounting, payroll, and purchasing teamBuild and maintain SOPs for all key financial processesWhat we are looking for:CPA designation requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a controller or senior leadership roleExperience in healthcare or a highly regulated industryStrong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity financial managementProficiency in ERP systems and financial softwareExperience scaling finance operations in a growing organizationCompany DescriptionHope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond.
