Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
