Position SummarySeeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to oversee talent operations, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, performance management, and organizational development. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to build scalable people processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and support continued company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead talent acquisition operations and workforce planning initiatives.Drive performance management and employee development programs.Improve HR processes, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.Develop workforce analytics and talent-related metrics.Partner with business leaders on hiring strategy and organizational planning.Manage and mentor a small recruiting team.Support HR systems optimization and process improvements.Lead change management and talent-related projects across the organization.Ideal Background8+ years of experience in talent operations, people operations, HR, or talent acquisition leadership.Experience supporting high-growth, technology-driven organizations.Strong background in workforce planning, recruiting operations, and organizational effectiveness.Data-driven with experience leveraging workforce metrics to guide decision-making.Experience with HRIS platforms and HR process optimization preferred.Proven ability to influence leaders and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
