Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks

Administrative AssistantPrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Davie is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks Online experience to join their busy team. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing schedules, high-volume invoicing, maintaining files, and facilitating communication within the organization. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist with light accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and expense tracking. Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication. Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role is a MUST. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. MUST have experience with QuickBooks Online Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
