Project teams work closely with engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders to deliver critical power infrastructure safely and efficiently.Job DescriptionConstruction Project ExecutionManage construction activities for high-voltage substation projects (69kV+)Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and field teamsEnsure construction is completed safely and in accordance with project specificationsField CoordinationWork closely with superintendents, construction crews, and subcontractorsCoordinate field activities including civil, structural, electrical, and equipment installationResolve field issues and maintain project progressSchedule & Budget ManagementManage project schedules, budgets, and cost trackingMonitor project milestones and ensure timely completionReview and manage change orders, RFIs, and scope adjustmentsClient & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a key point of contact between utility clients, engineering teams, and construction crewsProvide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk mitigation plansSafety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to OSHA standards, utility safety requirements, and company policiesPromote a strong safety culture across project teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
