Hiring Salary Range: $ 82,106.24 - $90,316.86 depending on qualifications. Job Summary:Directs Fundraising Campaigns, Appeals and other professional activities to support the College’s comprehensive vision, mission and strategic objectives. Prepares fundraising materials and processes and engages staff and volunteers to maximize internal and external philanthropic efforts.Job Duties:• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan for fundraising activities that responds to college priorities, objectives and mission. Includes financial goals, strategies, personnel assignments, budgets and performance measures to ensure positive movement to goals.• Manages Campaigns, Appeals and other fundraising activities. Supervises day-to-day operations of major and planned gift initiatives.• Coordinate goals, activities and timelines. Gathers and analyzes data, creates gift charts, prepares compelling case statements, educates/trains staff and volunteers, reviews individual staff progress, and oversees gift agreements and stewardship activities.• Raises private funds. Identify prospects, research capability, cultivates and solicits donors. Maintains a portfolio of prospects and leadership donors. Conducts one-to-one visits and communicates regularly to maintain relationships. Tracks contacts and reports progress toward securing gifts. Oversees all donor stewardship activities.• Builds awareness and communicates college priorities. Increases community and donor awareness of college priorities and needs, foundation strengths, how gifts support students and the college, and benefits to donors. Collects and synthesizes data for newsletters, Annual Reports and other communications.• Prepares performance reports. Accounts for staff outcomes and financial goals. Analyzes data and reviews progress toward individual and department goals, adjusts strategies, as needed, to insure achievement of financial and other goals.• Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and five years prior-related work experience.Additional information: A resume and copy of unofficial transcripts must be included in the application submission.
