Named the inaugural winner of Best Sports Nutrition Product at the 2026 World Food Innovation Awards, we're building something real — and we need sharp, connected commercial talent to help us get there.We're hiring a National Account Manager to own and grow relationships with national distributors and major retail chains across the U.S. This is a field-based role with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles or New York City — two markets central to our retail and distribution strategy. You'll be the primary commercial contact for our most important national partners, working directly with U.S. leadership to drive distribution expansion and retail velocity at scale.What You'll DoOwn relationships with national distributors and drive performance across all regionsCall on and develop national retail chain buyers across conventional, natural, specialty, fitness, and wellness channelsBuild and execute account-level business plans focused on sell-through — not just sell-inNegotiate distribution agreements, promotional terms, and pricing structuresManage and align broker partners to ensure consistent field execution nationallyTrack KPIs, forecast accurately, and report on account velocity and market dynamics via CRMPartner with marketing and field activation teams to translate distribution into shelf presence and consumer pullRepresent KA-EX® at national trade events, buyer meetings, and key market activationsWhat You Bring2+ years of CPG sales experience in supplements, health and wellness, and/or beveragesProven track record managing and growing national distributor relationshipsExperience calling on and closing national retail chainsDeep understanding of how distributor networks, broker relationships, and retail execution connectProficiency in CRM tools and retail execution platformsEntrepreneurial mindset — thrives with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving environmentGenuine passion for health, performance, and recoveryPreferred Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY (remote/field-based with national travel required)CompensationCompetitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus introduced following initial review periodDirect line to U.S. GM and Swiss HQ leadershipHigh-growth brand at a national inflection point — your impact will be immediate and visible
