BCBA supervisor

The BCBA Supervisor serves as a member of the clinical team, providing clinical leadership, support, guidance, direction, and supervision to Behavioral Therapists and Behavior Supervisors. Responsibilities include case management, staff training and supervision, communication with families and care teams, assessment and treatment planning, monitoring client progress, making data-driven recommendations, and developing and implementing behavior intervention programs. Services are provided across home, school, clinic, and community settings to support individuals and families.
Key Requirements
* Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Master's Degree required

* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
* Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
* Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
* Experience implementing PECS, DTT, PRT, and other ABA-based interventions
* Knowledge of evidence-based and scientifically validated practices for individuals with ASD
* Ability to supervise staff, assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
* Strong clinical, administrative, and customer service skills
* Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration
Additional Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language) prefer

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
