Facilities Custodial Manager
Job Summary
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and care of our facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for employees and visitors.
Duties
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff for daily cleaning tasks
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Perform minor repairs when needed
- Communicate any maintenance issues needing attention
- Provide training and support on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
-Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or related field
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment
- Ability to perform floor care including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Experience in custodial duties and facilities maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
