We believe in applying agile methodologies in all aspects of our business practices and use these methods to ensure effective results for our clients.Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Software Engineer, to join our team in Chantilly, VAClearanceActive TS/SCI W/ CI Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)LocationChantilly, VAOverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer with strong front end development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with working knowledge of the Risk Management FrameworkThis role will support the design, development, and enhancement of web based applications used in secure government environmentsExperience building user friendly interfaces, supporting application functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with teams that support cybersecurity, compliance, or authorization workflowsDevelop and maintain web based applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSBuild clean, responsive, and user friendly interfacesSupport enhancements to existing applications, portals, dashboards, and workflow toolsWork with technical and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into working softwareTroubleshoot application issues and support defect resolutionAssist with integrating front end components with backend services, APIs, and platform workflowsSupport applications that align with Risk Management Framework processes, cybersecurity compliance, and authorization activitiesCollaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering teams to improve automation, reporting, and user experienceParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectivesDocument technical designs, system updates, and development work as neededQualifications3+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field.Experience developing applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSSUnderstanding of front end development concepts, responsive design, and browser compatibilityKnowledge of Risk Management Framework processes and cybersecurity compliance conceptsAbility to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production systemsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to support secure systems, documentation, and compliance driven workflowsIAT Level II or willing to obtain within 6 months Nice To HaveFamiliarity with NIST 800-53, authorization packages, controls, POA&M tracking, or assessment workflowsExperience with ServiceNow, GRC, IRM, CAM, or similar compliance platformsExperience with REST APIs, JSON, or backend integration conceptsExperience working in Agile development environmentsBenefits100% paid Medical, Dental & Vision for Our Employee6% 401K match (Vested Immediately)29 Days' PTOFlexible Work ScheduleTuition/Certification ReimbursementGrowth Opportunities w/in an Emerging Defense Company*All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
