About the CompanyRetail fuel and/or Point of Sale domain knowledge preferred.About the RoleLead the requirements gathering and implementation for the integration of our systems with major oil branded partners across fuel, payment, loyalty, and mobile.ResponsibilitiesContribute to business growth by developing new capabilities to drive fuel customers into the store.Analyze the business impact of proposed features to maximize ROI and support the overarching enterprise roadmap.Drive a subset of the fuel roadmap and align with multiple teams to achieve enterprise goals.Prioritize the product backlog balancing incoming stakeholder requests against long term vision.Lead the product development lifecycle and partner with software engineering to release functionality on time and with quality.Ensure value delivery by defining and tracking initiative KPIs.Fosters a highly collaborative environment with engineering, UX, and all other stakeholders.QualificationsMust have: Roadmapping and prioritization skills.Agile product owner experience.Required SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred SkillsRetail fuel and/or Point of Sale domain knowledge preferred.Pay range and compensation packageLocation: Irving, TX.
