Headquartered in the United States in Richmond, VA, Indivior employs approximately 800 individuals globally.Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician I will provide support in all aspects of the manufacturing and facilities maintenance efforts at the Raleigh, NC plant. Work safely and with quality to ensure an environment that meets the production and environmental needs of all employees at this site. This position will provide support to all departments; will interact with vendors, contractors, and other personnel in a professional manner. Be a team player with all departments.How You’ll Make An ImpactThe responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:Maintain and repair production equipment as needed, including but not limited to aseptic filling equipment, tray loading, storage tanks, autoclave sterilizers, and component parts washers.Perform general facility repairs (Lighting, Doors, Card reader, Security, Fire system)Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systemsWork with Manager to use and administer Computerized Maintenance Management SoftwareMaintain Maintenance and Utility area cleanlinessExecute small projects independently, when requestedAvailable for 24 hr. call in when requested and meet attendance requirements for the jobUnderstand and assist in implementing safety procedures and cGMP’sUnderstand and execute demonstrated aseptic behaviors and techniques to include Aseptic gowningAssist other departments and perform other duties as specified by the Maintenance ManagerGeneral DutiesFollow established SOPs and documentation proceduresPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedWhat You’ll BringHigh School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum two (2) years maintenance experience in facilities, utilities, electrical, HVAC, industrial equipment, or controls required (Tier 1)Minimum one (1) year of cGMP maintenance experience with broad knowledge of facilities, clean utilities, HVAC, industrial equipment, and controls in a pharmaceutical operation required (Tier 1, 2)Physical requirements include ability to lift 50lb, have excellent balance and pass aseptic gowning qualificationStrong mechanical and/or electrical or controls systems aptitude and knowledgeBasic level electrical system knowledge and experience- such as, diagnosing motor or breaker issues, electrical equipment replacement, troubleshooting (Tier 1, 2)Strong math and science skills and the ability to use a computerAccurate attention to detail, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical productionStrong verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of cGMPs, and the ability to follow good documentation practicesIn addition to the minimum qualifications, the employee will demonstrate:Embrace Indivior core culture principlesEmbrace the dynamics of team support, team collaboration and team successCelebrate the core wins of the organization and empower others to sustain a quality mindset Always have patient safety at the forefront in the efforts to provide safe and effective products to enhance and improve lives Celebrate and embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion Physical RequirementsAbility to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like bending and twisting.Ability to ascend and descend ladders.Work both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.How We Invest In Our PeopleIndivior is committed to providing a culture driven by guiding principles and top-tier benefits that match the importance of the work we do.
