About the Role:Our Junior Originator will play a pivotal role in Bravo Capital’s lending platform by sourcing and closing real estate debt transactions. This role is ideal for highly motivated, exceptional professionals with strong research, quantitative, interpersonal, and sales skills. Our team is dynamic, innovative, and dedicated to structuring creative financing solutions that drive value for our clients.Responsibilities and Deliverables:Support and contribute to the sourcing and execution of real estate debt and structured finance transactionsOriginate real estate loans, including bridge-to-HUD, direct HUD, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing.Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and capital partnersEvaluate new opportunities across multifamily, healthcare, and commercial assetsAssist in structuring deals and managing transactions through closingIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and market segmentsPartner closely with internal credit and capital markets teams on deal executionRepresent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsAnalyze potential loan opportunities based on asset quality, sponsor strength, and deal economics.Negotiate loan terms and manage transactions from initial inquiry through closingBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field1–4+ years of experience in real estate (acquisitions, development, lending, brokerage, or related)Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Experience in acquisitions, development, or investment roles at a real estate firmExposure to real estate financial analysis or underwritingExisting relationships within the real estate ecosystem (owners, brokers, etc.)Demonstrated interest in business development or deal sourcingCompensation:Base Salary: $75k-$105k (commensurate with experience)Commission-based bonuses tied to deal origination and performanceComprehensive benefits package.
