The Home Health Aide will provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include helping with grooming, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and ensuring patient comfort. The role also requires excellent communication with clients, their families, and medical providers to ensure optimal patient care and a positive home care experience. Qualifications Experience and skills in Home Care, including providing support in a home-based settingStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providersProficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, and mobilityPatient Care and Personal Care abilities, focusing on providing empathetic and professional assistanceAdditional qualifications, such as CPR certification and prior experience in caregiving, are preferredPhysical ability to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of standingHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
