Associate Attorney (Healthcare)

Job Description:Join a growing healthcare litigation practice and work closely with an experienced and collaborative team on complex, high-stakes matters involving healthcare providers, systems, and regulated entities. This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.Key Responsibilities:Advise healthcare providers, systems, and related businesses on regulatory and compliance mattersSupport transactional work, including provider agreements, joint ventures, and operational arrangementsAssist with healthcare-related litigation and administrative proceedingsWork directly with clients on day-to-day legal and operational issuesCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on interdisciplinary mattersQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school3–4 years of experience in healthcare law, regulatory matters, or complex commercial litigationAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentStrong client service mindset and collaborative approachStrong command of the written word and excellent verbal communication skillsAttitude above all else – willingness to jump in with both feet, to be coachable, and to work well with others as part of a teamAbility to synthesize complex legal and regulatory concepts into easily understood and digestible terms, for communication to courts, clients and juriesProficiency in conducting legal researchSelf-motivated and detail orientedAdaptability and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.What We OfferDirect mentorship from experienced healthcare litigatorsSubstantive responsibility from day one, including courtroom and client exposureOpportunity to build a specialized healthcare litigation practiceCollaborative environment with strong cross-practice supportCompetitive compensation and benefits packageSalary: $155,000 - $175,000 annual base salary, commensurate with experience
