Recruiting Intern

DescriptionRecruiting/Employment Branding InternThe Recruiting Intern will gain hands-on experience in all phases of the hiring process, working closely with our team of recruiters and hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent. Additionally, you will source, write, build, and design exciting and engaging content to be used across digital and social marketing channels and candidate touch-points. As a member of the team, your responsibilities would include:Supporting recruiters by corresponding with candidates and hiring managers; Scheduling interviews as neededMaintaining ongoing communication with candidates; Providing updates and staying in touchReviewing and editing external job descriptionsEngaging potential candidates via our Handshake platformProviding recommendations to optimize MEDITECH's Handshake brand by creating content, refreshing candidate campaigns, and coordinating virtual eventsResearching ways to enhance and improve our content to better serve candidates, recruiters, and hiring teamsWorking cross divisionally to source content across all teams at MEDITECH, ensuring diverse representation and storiesReviewing social editorial calendar - look for opportunities for new stories, offer new campaign ideas, build a robust library of content for future employment brand needs.Contributing to onboarding activities by participating in New Hire OrientationAssisting the team with research and other projects as needed.RequirementsMajor or concentration in Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplineA strong academic background; in good academic standingStrong Interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)Hiring salary range: $19 per hour.This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
