Director of Installation and Service

Director of Installation & Service (Electrical / Fueling Systems)We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with electrical and fueling systems experience tojoin our team as Director of Installation & Service. This role oversees the full lifecycle of bothour Installation (Projects) and Service operations—ensuring every job meets code, stays onschedule and exceeds client expectations.You’ll lead a cross-functional team, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance withelectrical and fueling regulations and serve as the key escalation point for complex challenges. Ifyou thrive in a fast-paced, field-connected leadership role and have experience in petroleum,DEF, or lubrication equipment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities Lead and develop both Service and Installation departments (20+ team members)Oversee performance and execution of Project Managers, Coordinators, Designers, Analysts, and Service teamsEnsure full compliance with electrical codes, fuel system regulations, and AHJ requirementsAct as the escalation point for complex project and service issuesReview and approve installation and service quotes above set thresholdsBuild and maintain relationships with executives, clients, and field personnelPartner with Sales and Accounting to align project delivery and expectationsConduct site visits, attend pre-construction meetings, and ensure quality controlOversee fueling system installations including petroleum, DEF, and lubricationequipmentVet, select, and manage subcontractors nationwideDrive process improvements to reduce repeat service calls and increase efficiencyEnsure all work meets contract specifications and internal standardsQualificationsMaster Electrician License (active and in good standing) 5+ years leading teams in commercial/industrial electrical, construction, or service environmentsStrong experience with fueling systems, petroleum equipment, or similar infrastructureProven track record working with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and inspectionsExperience managing multi-site or national projects preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate effectively from executive-level strategy to field-level executionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Encouraged ExperiencePetroleum equipment installation and service (fuel dispensers, tanks, piping, etc.)DEF and lubrication systems5+ years in construction project managementCompensation & OpportunityCompensation is based on experience, certifications, and industry expertise.
