(596 Parsons Dr.) On-siteCompensation: The hourly salary range for this position is $18.50/hr -$24.05/hr. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.DFC Collateral AdministratorThe DFC Collateral Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative work for the Collateral Management team throughout the recovery and remarketing process. This person will be able to comply with systems, support others in recovery process and complete weekly and monthly reports for DFC Collateral Manager.ResponsibilitiesComplete repossession assignment checklist prior to vehicle assignmentProcess impound checklist and coordinate with Collateral Management team for possible repossession assignmentUpdate DFC loan management system with all relevant information upon recovery of assigned vehiclesReview and complete required repossession letters to be sent to customersProcess customer SCRA searches as needed throughout recovery and remarketing processReview and save information from 3rd party systems into DFC loan management systemProcess service contract cancellations with accuracyComplete weekly and monthly reporting associated with repossessed vehiclesOther duties as assignedSkills And QualificationsStrong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Previous customer service experienceExperience with outbound calls or collections is valuableCompetenciesDoes the right thing, takes action and adapts to changeSelf-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows throughBelieves in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve resultsThrives on a team, stays positive, lives our valuesWe Offer Best In Class Industry BenefitsCompetitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
