HomebaseinOgden,UT.ThisrolewillrequireworkingonaprojectinSeattle,WAforextendedperiods.Traveland/ortemporaryrelocationwillberequired.
MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Organizingandoverseeingjobsiteadministration
Organizingandcoordinatingfieldoperations
Assistinginthedevelopment,monitoring,updating,andcommunicatingtheprojectscheduleanditsperiodicrevisions
Managingthedirectlaborforceandmaintaininglaborrelationson-site
Managingsubcontractorschedules,quality-of-work,coordinationwithothertrades,andpayments
Creatingandmaintainingasafe/securejobsiteenvironment
QualityControloftheproject
EstablishingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththeOwner,designprofessionals,buildingofficials,localbusinesses,andpoliceandfiredepartments
DailyReports
KEYWORKINGRELATIONSHIPS
Mustbeabletoworkwithgovernmentandnon-governmentpersonnelinaprofessionalandclearmanner.Beabletoworkwithdifferenttradesandconstructionfocusestoensureaqualityenvironmentwithoutlimitingthetradesabilitytocompletework.Mustbeabletoproperlycommunicateoverthephoneandinwritingtouppermanagementtoinclude Subcontractors,Suppliers,OnsiteStaff,Owners,otherPM’s,Superintendents,andCorporateSafety.
