Account Supervisor (2-Month Contract)

About the Role:We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to lead and deliver exceptional work for our core clients, including a charity client that has been a highlight of our agency's portfolio. You will be the go-to person for ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with strategy, project management, and creative teams to drive projects forward.Key Responsibilities:Support the Account Director on large projects and manage smaller to medium-sized projects independently.Collaborate with project management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.Understand project timelines and drive to keep projects on track.Review all work against feedback and ensure quality control, adhering to brand guidelines.Maintain sensitivity to different audiences for both client brands.Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.Manage project estimates, client POs, and oversee finances with the Account Director.Assist in research, competitor evaluations, and status updates.Lead client status calls and update status documents weekly.Key Skills:Experience at an integrated agency preferred; retail and/or charity experience a plus.Proven track record in delivering TTL campaigns across AV, radio, OOH, press, social, and digital display.Creative ambition and strategic curiosity.Confidence to challenge and improve work processes.Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Experience managing internal resources and liaising with third-party partners.
