Vulcan Signs is looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to make an impact and keep things moving! As the primary contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in making sure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and every interaction leaves a positive impression. This role goes beyond handling request, it’s about building relationships, finding solutions, and being a reliable part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.What You’ll Do:Respond to phone and email inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitudeProvide clear, up-to-date information on products, pricing, lead times, and order statusHelp customers place orders, and resolve any shipping or service issuesMaintain and update customer records in our PLEX ERP systemCollaborate across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on timeKeep clear documentation for tracking and follow-upWhat Makes You a Great Fit:1+ years of professional customer service (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales)High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsAble to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeA team player with a proactive attitude who also works well independentlyWhy Join Vulcan?At Vulcan, we don’t just make signs—we deliver quality, service, and reliability our customers count on every day.
