Audit Intern Position

Join our team as an Audit Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience and apply your academic knowledge to real-world accounting tasks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our accounting department.What You'll DoShadow experienced professionals in the accounting department to observe and learn their daily operations.Assist with essential tasks such as research, filing, data entry, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and various documents.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.Engage in collaborative efforts as part of an accounting team focused on serving our firm and clients.Take on additional projects and tasks to deepen your understanding of accounting principles and office functions.QualificationsPursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, with completion of a corporate or individual taxation class required.Working towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation (150 credits).Demonstrated ability to think independently and make sound decisions based on your education and practical experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, follow through on requests, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
