Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, for a Race Staff member specializing in Timing, Registration, and Marketing. The responsibilities include managing event registrations, setting up and operating race timing systems, and assisting with pre-race and race-day logistics. Additional tasks include creating and executing marketing strategies, engaging with participants and the community, and ensuring all race operations run smoothly. Qualifications Proficiency in event registration systems and familiarity with race timing equipment and technologyExperience in marketing, including social media management, digital marketing, and promotional strategiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for event planning and executionAbility to work in a team setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability and willingness to perform on-site tasks, including lifting equipment and managing race setupPrevious experience in event management or racing events is a plusBackground in customer service and the ability to address inquiries effectivelyAn interest in sports, fitness, or running is desirable but not mandatory
