Python Developer with Gen AIW2 onlyExp: 8+Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)We are seeking a talented Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong Python development skills with expertise in AI/ML pipelines, prompt engineering, and integration of GenAI solutions into production systems.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentBuild scalable Python applications that integrate with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.Develop APIs, microservices, and automation scripts to support AI-driven workflows.Generative AI EngineeringImplement and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks.Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers.Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.Data & IntegrationCreate and manage embeddings pipelines for text and structured/unstructured data.Integrate GenAI models with external systems, databases, and cloud services.Performance & MonitoringOptimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, and scalability.Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues proactively.CollaborationWork closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams.Document technical processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.🛠️ Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python (async programming, REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI, etc.).Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).Knowledge of retrieval techniques and RAG architectures.Solid understanding of NLP concepts: embeddings, tokenization, semantic search.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).🌟 Preferred QualificationsExperience deploying GenAI applications in production environments.Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.Background in enterprise-scale AI solutions or financial/healthcare domains.Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
