Teacher Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated assistant teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for education and childcare. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise group activities for children - Educate and engage children in various learning experiences - Provide Christian counseling and mentorship - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities - Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment Experience: The ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following skills: - Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, early childhood education, or special education - Previous babysitting or childcare experience - Certification in first aid - Knowledge of sports coaching techniques Requirements: - Passion for working with children and helping them grow - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children while gaining valuable experience in education and childcare.
