Envive Healthcare of Beech Grove - Director of Social Services Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates knowledge of age specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents (i.e. physical, cognitive, and socialization factors) in planning social services programsDemonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to plan social services programs for residents with the following needs: therapeutic, neurological and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and infectious diseases if applicablePromptly follows-up on admission inquiries, evaluates and assesses the needs of prospective residents to determine appropriateness of facility placementDirector of Social Services Qualifications and Skills:Experience as a Director of Social Work in a large LTC setting preferredBSW or MSW preferred, or Bachelors degree in related fieldAt least one year experience in Social Work field requiredDirector of Social Services Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time off
