Sign Estimator

Creative Sign Designs (www.creativesigndesigns.com) is a leading sign manufacturing company specializing in design, project management, manufacturing, and installation of large-scale signage projects. We are a dynamic team with a focus on quality, creativity, and precision.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Sign Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a critical role in evaluating project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and supporting our sales and project management teams to deliver accurate, competitive quotes.Key Responsibilities:- Review project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed estimates and/or bill of materials.- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs. Estimating signs for in-house fabrication per specifications and seeking outsourced partner quotes. -Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to gather information.- Help prepare proposals and submit bid packages in a timely manner.- Maintain accurate records of estimates, assumptions, and changes.- Monitor industry trends and material pricing to ensure competitiveness.Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sign estimating or sign industry considered.- Understanding of cost estimation, project management, and construction processes.- Excellent communication, attention to details and organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook. -Ability to learn custom estimating software.- Ability to read and analyze drawings with large project specifications.Benefits:- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance- Paid Time Off (Vacation & PTO)- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- 401(k)Why Work with Us:At Creative Sign Designs, you will be part of a collaborative team where your expertise is valued.
