This is a remote-contracted position with potential on-site opportunities for FSN Events, all with set guidelines, such as working across a plethora of various duties including creative media ideation for social media & editorial use for the Largest College Rowing Media Company In The World. Hires will be FULL contributors and exist as members of FSN's media networking team. Applicants must keep an eye on everything happening in the rowing ecosystem, which includes high school, club, college, professional/national team, international, and beyond! Through generating and executing engaging concepts formatted in the best way to live across all FSN Social Media channels and content formats. Candidates must be proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, which is all required; channel-specific strengths will be appreciated. They will report directly to the FSN Executive Team. Qualifications:• Applicant must have Extreme Passion of College Athletics & Interest in College Rowing, with preferably a Rowing Background or High Intellect of Rowing Media which is a bonus!• MUST Have Seasoned Experience in Sports Social Media Design & Graphic Design.• MUST Have Knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok (with other platforms being a plus!)• Being able to execute in a team-based environment while being highly coachable, learning at a fast pace, and open to brainstorming ideas through company meetings.• Outside of possessing strong interpersonal communication skills, candidate must have an Imaginative Spirit, Hard-Workina Mentality Be a "Go-Getter' to the Core, and Motivated with a Positive Outlook on Reaching Goals at a Timely Manner.• Strong Writing and Copy Skills are appreciated in this role.• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Office 365 Applications.• Versed in ALL Major Social Media Platforms and All Things Pop Culture.Responsibilities & Duties:• Access to work flexible hours which may include nights and weekends.• Massively contribute ideas to the FSN media networking team.• Fully support the FSN's mission on social media content sharing global news throughout the 2026 Summer Rowing Season.• Providing real time coverage of solidified news in the sport.• Facilitate Select Photography/Videography Coverage Across All Rowing Races & Events.• Help Produce Social Media Content in Collaboration With Digital Managers & College Rowing Teams, and stay fully in the loop with rowing social media.• Must Take Direction Well & Be Open-Minded/Creative, While Backing the Brand, Suggesting Copy For Posts, and ALL iteration of brand assets and daily campaigns.• Minimum of 1-2 Weekly Mandatory Team Meetings to meet company deadlines and crucial to align company expectations and brand image and identity with FSN’s Executive Team accordingly.
