The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment.Responsibilities:Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities.Work on blueprinting, process mapping, and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions.Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications.Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.Perform testing, process validation, and user training.Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience:13+ Years of experience as SAP Consultant, 8+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules.Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration .Prior experience working with aerospace or complex manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.APOLIS2024
