This role is responsible for coordinating patient services, including scheduling appointments, arranging follow-up visits, and facilitating communication between patients, clinicians, and external partners. The Service Coordinator will handle intake and registration tasks, maintain accurate patient and service records, and ensure that services are delivered in a timely and organized manner. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and inquiries, providing clear information about services, tracking service requests, and escalating issues when necessary. The role also involves supporting office operations, collaborating with clinical staff, and contributing to continuous improvements in patient experience and workflow efficiency.Qualifications Strong Service Coordination skills, including managing schedules, organizing patient services, and tracking follow-up activities.Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, with a professional and respectful approach to patients, families, and colleagues.Experience or aptitude in Operations Management, including maintaining organized processes, documentation, and compliance with office procedures.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive patient experience.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Proficiency with basic office software and electronic medical records or willingness to learn new systems.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
