Join Our Team as a Regional Property Manager!Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Full -Time Regional Property Manager with a can-do attitude to join our expanding team!Position: Regional Property ManagerLocation: Current and future RPS Affordable properties in the Central Valley/Fresno/North California area.Hours: Monday through FridayKey Qualifications:Candidates with extensive experience (5-10 years) managing multiple tax credit/affordable (LIHTC), mixed communities, and public supportive housing (PSA) experience Preferred.Familiarity or extensive experience with Yardi property Management software programsExperience managing new properties, lease-up's and growth/construction and re-habilitation projectsBilingual (English/Spanish) or multiple languages a plus!About Us:As one of the nation's top ten residential property owners, our mission is to ensure that our residents live in a quality apartment community they can be proud of.
