With one of our long‑tenured veterinarians preparing for retirement, this is a unique opportunity to step into an established caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment. As Medical Director, you will shape clinical standards, mentor a talented team, and drive hospital growth. The role focuses on small animal medicine, surgery, and advanced veterinary services, including comfort animal and Fear‑Free care. Qualifications Licensed veterinarian in Arkansas or eligible to obtain an Arkansas Veterinary License. Experience in small animal medicine and surgery. Strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Commitment to high‑quality veterinary medicine, client education, and Fear‑Free patient care. Responsibilities Set and maintain clinical standards across the hospital. Mentor veterinarians and support staff in clinical and professional development. Lead the development and expansion of services, including feline medicine, exotic pet care, advanced soft‑tissue surgery, dentistry, and niche specialties.
