Sales Development Representative

Position Summary Details The XSOLIS Sales Development Representative will participate in the response to inbound sales request and strategize with sales leaders on building leads and market interest for new solutions and additional markets. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with good interpersonal skills and an excitement to sell solutions to untapped markets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Review inbound leads for appropriate routing. Participate in tradeshow pre and post-show planning. Work with Marketing on campaigns and strategize outreach cadence Build market awareness, interest and leads in the Community segment Partner with CRE team to work on building pipeline for upsells Work with sales team on specific projects for outreach into additional markets as needed Document all activity in Salesforce for appropriate reporting Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred. Experience: Requires 1-3 years’ experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales or other related area Self-motivated, self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties. 1+ years of experience with Salesforce preferred Experience in Healthcare SaaS Technology preferred Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role. Working Environment and Travel Requirements Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
