They setthe tone for the entire client experience.This role combines:• The sales and relationship-building excellence of a top stylist• The leadership and accountability of a strong manager• The hospitality and emotional intelligence of an exceptional hostYou will lead by example on the floor, coach and inspire a talented styling team, cultivatemeaningful client relationships, and create a store environment women want to return to againand again.Leadership & Team Development• Lead, coach, motivate, and inspire the styling team to achieve sales goals and deliverexceptional service• Model elevated selling, clienteling, and hospitality standards through your own daily actions onthe floor• Execute and reinforce sales, outreach, styling, and client experience strategies developed bycompany leadership• Help create consistency, accountability, and momentum within the store team• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of stylists• Foster a positive, growth-oriented, team-first culture rooted in professionalism and connectionClient Experience & Styling• Deliver exceptional, personalized styling experiences that create loyal, long-term clients• Build authentic relationships with high-net-worth and luxury-minded clientele• Create a warm, elevated, hospitality-driven store environment clients want to return to• Lead by example in outreach, appointment selling, follow-up, and client connection• Actively participate in store events, community partnerships, and brand experiencesBusiness & Operations• Drive sales performance and key business metrics• Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and store initiatives• Maintain exceptional visual presentation and merchandising standards• Ensure operational excellence and smooth day-to-day store execution• Help cultivate community presence and brand awareness within the Carlsbad market• Work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule aligned with peak client traffic and businessneedsQualifications• 3–5+ years of experience selling high contemporary to designer fashion• Previous management or leadership experience required• Proven success in clienteling and building a loyal customer base• Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury-level service• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate and lead a team• Excitement around building community and creating meaningful client experiences• Alignment with A Line’s mission of empowering women through style, connection, andconfidenceCompensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary + commission + bonus opportunities• On-target earnings are market competitive, with top performers earning well into six figuresannually• Medical, dental, and vision benefits• 401(k) with company match• Paid time off• Generous employee discount• Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyAbout A LineA Line Boutique is a multi-location women’s fashion company built on the belief that style can betransformational.
