Armed Shift Supervisor -2nd Shift Armed Shift Supervisor Friday-Sunday 3pm-11pm Monday-Tuesday 11pm-7am $17/hour Role: An Armed Shift Supervisor safeguards people and property through patrols, access control, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response, while carrying a firearm, exercising sound judgment, completing reports, coordinating with law enforcement, and providing professional customer service in compliance with all licensing and legal requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Security License Must be 21 years of age or older Must complete armed training and maintain a valid pistol permit Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards Duties & Responsibilities: Security Operations Perform regular patrols to enhance safety and identify security concerns. Monitor access points, verify IDs and credentials. Enforce procedures per Security Post Instructions. Incident Response & Reporting Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol. Maintain accurate logs of activities and observations. Execute routine tasks: locking/unlocking doors, managing security systems, and monitoring surveillance. Customer Service & Professionalism Assist visitors and employees, addressing concerns professionally. Enforce SEI and Client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking). Maintain a clean, pressed uniform and professional appearance. Required Skills & Abilities: Minimum Required: Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Availability to work weekends. Strong situational awareness and curiosity. Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in critical situations. Basic computer skills; able to use a tablet for reporting. Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Physical Requirements With or Without reasonable accommodation (subject to change based on client-specific needs) Stand for at least 1 hour without support or break Sit for at least 1 hour without break Walk at least ½ mile without stopping Education & Experience: Minimum: Education: HS Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Experience: 1+ years of verifiable security, military or law enforcement experience.
