If you want variety in your work, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow your technical career, this role is an excellent fit.Why This Role Stands Out+ Your work directly impacts how automation systems are designed, built, and delivered.+ No two days are the same - this role blends design support, wiring, troubleshooting, and fabrication.+ The team encourages learning, development, and advancement into higher-level technical roles.+ You'll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and field teams, giving you broad exposure across projects.Key Responsibilities+ Support engineering and operations on control panel and automation projects+ Create Bills of Material, validate engineered designs, and assemble complete design/build packages+ Update ACAD schematics and contribute to design development+ Identify alternate components to reduce costs, improve lead times, or enhance performance+ Participate in design and manufacturing kickoff meetings+ Work hands-on with VFDs, PLCs, motors, fans, and electrical systems+ Assist with troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and fabrication activities+ Serve as a communication link between engineering, operations, and field personnelQualifications+ 2+ years of experience working with industrial control panels (wiring, assembly, or programming)+ Background in industrial automation, manufacturing, or fabrication+ Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings+ Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and control components+ Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and related equipment+ Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail+ Effective communication and organizational skillsPreferred Experience (Not Required)+ AutoCAD experience+ Electrical panel design or strong panel-building b ackground+ Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems+ UL or DGU coursework+ Fabrication or mechanical experienceWork EnvironmentYou will work closely with the engineering team and report directly to the Engineering Manager.
