Position Details:Role: Process Engineer(2 Openings) – Aseptic Fill/FinishLocation: Bradley, IL (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong Possibility of Extension)Key Responsibilities:Support the addition, setup, and startup of new aseptic filling lines and related process equipment.Lead and support process equipment design, implementation, commissioning, and startup activities.Develop and optimize equipment recipes and process parameters.Partner closely with qualification engineers during equipment qualification efforts.Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support during startup and ramp-up phases.Train operations and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.Ensure successful knowledge transfer and project closeout activities.Equipment Experience Preferred:Aseptic Fill/Finish Lines (Fillers)Parts WashersAutoclavesStopper Processing EquipmentSemi-Automated Inspection SystemsContainer Integrity Testing SystemsBulk Product Supply TanksRequired Qualifications:5–7+ years of Process Engineering experience within pharmaceutical fill/finish manufacturing environments.Strong background in:Equipment Design & ImplementationEquipment Setup & StartupRecipe Development & Process ConfigurationProcess OptimizationExperience working closely with Validation/Qualification teams.Must have hands-on process engineering and design experience.Candidates with only CQV, Validation, or Qualification backgrounds will not be considered.
