As a C++ Developer in our Technology team, you will design and build high-performance systems that power our core trading and risk frameworks. Working closely with Quantitative Traders and Quantitative Researchers, you will translate quantitative models and trading strategies into robust, scalable software that operates reliably in real time.Your work directly impacts trading performance. You will help ensure our systems accurately assess risk, process market data, and respond dynamically to changing market conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance trading and risk systems in C++Translate trading and quantitative domain expertise into scalable, accurate, and performant applicationsWrite clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested codeCollaborate closely with Traders, Quantitative Traders, and engineers to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutionsContribute to architectural decisions and system performance improvementsSupport containerized deployments and production environmentsActively contribute to Agile ways of working, including participating in and potentially facilitating Sprint Planning, Poker Estimations, and RetrospectivesKey RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field5+ years of experience in a relevant software engineering environmentProgramming LanguagesC++: Minimum 5 years of professional experience (core requirement)Python and/or Rust: Minimum 2 years of experience (personal, academic, or non-professional experience is acceptable)DatabasesStrong experience with relational and time-series databases, particularly Postgres, and RedisSolid understanding of SQL and relational database designInfrastructure & DevOpsStrong experience working in Linux environmentsHands-on experience with Docker (baseline requirement) and KubernetesExperience working with Git-based workflows and modern DevOps practicesSkills & MindsetStrong logical and mathematical problem-solving skillsCurious, analytical, and solution-oriented mindsetClear and effective verbal and written English communication skillsCollaborative team player who shares knowledge and asks thoughtful questionsNice to HaveDatabases & Data TechnologiesExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and ScyllaDBExperience with relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and OracleStreaming & Messaging SystemsExperience with Kafka or RedPandaDevOps & CI/CDExperience with JenkinsExperience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesWays of WorkingExperience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremoniesDomain KnowledgeExperience in trading systems, financial markets, or low-latency environmentsWhy Join All Options?At All Options we offer a dynamic collaborative environment where ambition is rewarded and growth is real.
