Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panama City, FL for an Assistant Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient daily property operations and exceptional tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in leasing activities, maintaining tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance requests, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries. The role requires active participation in community events and ensuring the property complies with all regulations and policies. Qualifications Property management and leasing experience, including tenant communication, leasing paperwork, and handling inquiriesAdministrative skills, including report preparation, recordkeeping, and compliance managementStrong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle daily property operationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants and team membersProficiency in property management software and basic computer skillsProblem-solving skills with the ability to address resident concerns promptlyFamiliarity with housing regulations and property management policies is a plusHigh school diploma required; additional certifications in property management or real estate are an advantage
