PSI is seeking an AMOC Engineering and Integration Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.This role is responsible for overseeing the integration, engineering, and modernization of C4I systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications environments while aligning system enhancements, upgrades, and operational capabilities with mission priorities and performance requirements.Essential Functions And Job ResponsibilitiesLead engineering and integration activities across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systemsOversee system integration efforts to ensure interoperability across C4I platforms and environmentsManage engineering teams responsible for system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiativesCoordinate integration of new technologies, sensors, and communications capabilities into existing infrastructureEnsure system configurations, baselines, and changes are properly managed and documentedProvide technical direction for troubleshooting complex system integration issuesSupport planning and execution of technology refresh and capability expansion effortsCollaborate with Government stakeholders to align engineering priorities with mission needsEnsure compliance with configuration management, security, and quality assurance requirementsSupport testing, validation, and deployment of integrated system capabilitiesCoordinate across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless system performanceMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substituteExperience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environmentsExperience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network componentsExperience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systemsExperience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faultsDemonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments10+ years: Managing and directing advanced C4I engineering and integration activities across the teamEvaluating, analyzing, redesigning, and enhancing C4I user interfaces using C, C++, GTK, and Google Protocol BuffersEvaluating, analyzing, designing, redesigning, and enhancing C4I and sensor-based air and maritime data systems using C and C++Overseeing and validating system wiring diagrams and data flow technical documentationOverseeing and supporting updates to maintenance manuals and other contract-required documentationLeading the development and sustainment of C4I ancillary systemsDemonstrating supervisory and management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer-related fieldsPhysical DemandsAbility to work in operational environments supporting technical systemsMay require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipmentAbility to travel and deploy to operational locations as requiredAdditional InformationTravel is required to support mission operations, system maintenance, and engineering activities across CBP operational locations. Personnel will deploy to sites including CAMOC in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and other CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform installation, troubleshooting, integration, and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Travel may be scheduled or occur on short notice in response to mission priorities or system outages. Duration may range from short-term temporary duty to extended support periods based on operational needs.
