Senior eCommerce Manager - $130-150k Base (Long Island City)This is a role with an New York based fashion brand to lead and scale digital operations across Shopify, retention marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment. They operate as both a private label brand and a multi brand retailer. The brand is positioned as a boutique brand with a strong presence in the sneaker space with premium releases. ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize Shopify storefront performance, UX, merchandising, launches, and promotionsDrive CRO, retention, and acquisition strategiesManage email/SMS lifecycle marketing, loyalty initiatives, and customer segmentationOversee site updates, integrations, testing, analytics, and reportingManage fulfillment workflows, shipping performance, and customer experienceExperience RequiredStrong D2C eCommerce Management experienceShopify knowledgeStrong Merchandising and Analytical experienceComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
