Security Administrator (Schaumburg)

This is a brand new position that opened up due to growth and expansion. This person will be reporting to the Director of Information Security. Responsibilities will involve actively monitoring and responding to information security events, auditing systems to verify functionality, and completing projects to implement new security tools and controls. In addition, the Security Administrator will perform IT functions related to network management, software support, email support, and identity management. They handle SOC operations and alerts, typically about one per day, while managing security projects. The role will involve following up on issues, coordinating with third parties, performing health checks on security tools, and presenting metrics such as phishing email counts and agent status.
