EDI Analyst

Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 per yearRequirements:We require 2+ years of hands-on EDI experience in manufacturing, food production, retail, or CPG settings.We prefer a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related discipline.We may consider 5+ years of comparable experience in place of a degree.We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of EDI transaction flow, system integration, and data accuracy.We value experience working with ERP platforms, retailer-specific processes, and cross-functional business and IT partners.We need strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.We seek a professional who can manage compliance requirements, reporting needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:We execute and oversee inbound and outbound EDI transactions for major retail customers and distribution partners.We investigate and resolve EDI errors, transaction exceptions, and data issues that affect ordering, shipping, and billing.We collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and business teams to correct process gaps and improve workflows.We maintain data integrity across ERP systems, internal tools, and external customer interfaces.We support EDI integration with ERP systems to ensure accurate order entry, shipment confirmation, and invoicing.We develop, test, maintain, and refine EDI mappings in partnership with IT and operational teams.We support retailer-specific requirements, compliance rules, and complex order processes such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).We assist with certification efforts, go-live activities, system upgrades, and EDI-related enhancements.We monitor transaction performance, accuracy, service levels, and fill-rate targets.We identify recurring issues and work cross-functionally to determine root causes and implement fixes.We document trading partner requirements, internal procedures, and EDI configurations.We support audits and customer compliance initiatives tied to EDI activity.We prepare reporting and analysis on exceptions, failures, and operational trends.We recommend and help implement improvements that strengthen automation, precision, and efficiency.Technologies:ERPFlowSupportMore:We are Land OFrost, a trusted name in lunchmeat and specialty sausage products with nationally recognized, best-selling brands.
